Key Responsibilities

  • Develop progressive lesson plans specific to each group's abilities
  • Demonstrate, instruct, and lead participants through specific skills
  • Supervise and evaluate participant progress throughout the program
  • Monitor and keep inventory of program supplies
  • Administer first aid as required and complete incident reports

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years experience participating in the related arts discipline
  • Two (2) years experience instructing in the related arts discipline
  • Currently enrolled in or completed post-secondary arts program (asset)
  • Possess and keep current Intermediate/Standard First Aid/CPR 'C' qualifications
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
