Key Responsibilities
Delivery of learn-to-swim programs and development of progressive lesson plans

Pool opening/closing procedures and equipment safety checks (in absence of Aquatic Supervisor)
Qualifications
National Lifeguard – Pool certification (current within 2 years)
Swim Instructor certification (current within 2 years)
Lifesaving Instructor certification (current within 2 years)
Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C & AED (current within 3 years) or Standard First Aid with CPR-C issued before June 22, 2026
Minimum 6 hours per week availability with at least 4 instructional hours and one weekend shift; strong customer service and communication skills
