The Town of Englehart seeks an energetic Recreation and Community Services Coordinator to support planning, delivery and evaluation of recreation and community programs. This is a temporary full-time position (52–56 weeks) that engages residents, volunteers and local partners to create programming and deliver services.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning, delivery and evaluation of recreation and community programs
Engage and foster connections with residents, volunteers and local partners
Identify opportunities and create programming and activities
Deliver services, programs and activities related to the department

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Resides in Northern Ontario
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Recreation, Community or Sociology (asset)
Minimum 1–3 years progressive relevant experience
