Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by customer service or call centre courses, plus sound public contact experience in customer service
Knowledge of information management systems (PRIME CAD, PRIME RMS, CPIC, JUSTIN)
Knowledge of police call centre technology, software applications, and general RCMP functions and services
Ability to deal effectively with the public, listen discerningly, assess requests, and explain policies and regulations
Skill in rapid and accurate keyboarding; must obtain and maintain RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance
