Qualifications
10+ years progressive finance, technical and leadership experience
2+ years municipal sector leadership experience (ideally)
CPA in good standing plus relevant degree (BComm, BBA) or equivalent related experience
Financial management, budgeting, analysis, and staff development skills
Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
