Key Responsibilities
Lead business retention and expansion initiatives
Support investment attraction and foreign direct investment opportunities
Build relationships with businesses, community organizations, industry partners, and government agencies
Research and analyze economic trends, workforce data, investment readiness, and emerging opportunities
Prepare reports, briefing notes, funding applications, and communication materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economic Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of related experience in economic development, business development, municipal government, community development, or investment attraction
Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and timelines
Valid driver's license and reliable access to transportation
