Key Responsibilities
Interact with facility patrons in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner and address concerns
Set-up and take-down of equipment for hall and meeting room rentals
Provide information regarding programs, products, services, and events
Perform light janitorial duties

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and must be over 18 years of age
Previous experience with customer service
Basic computer skills
First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to acquire at own cost)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials up to 23 kilograms (50 lbs.)
