Qualifications

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • BC Recreation and Parks Association Fitness Theory and Weight Training certification
  • Sound knowledge of weight training principles, practices, and equipment types
  • Ability to develop individual fitness programs and provide fitness guidance
  • First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Level C certifications required

Position Details

Auxiliary position with variable hours based on operational requirements
No guaranteed hours of work
Typical shifts range Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 10:00pm
Locations: Christine Sinclair Community Centre, Edmonds Community Centre, Eileen Dailly Leisure Pool & Fitness Centre, Bonsor Recreation Complex, Cameron Community Centre, Willingdon Community Centre
