Key Responsibilities
File standard cards, forms, folders and reports using alphabetic, numeric or subject systems
Locate requested folders and complete charge-out cards
Sort, separate, group and collate material for filing or forwarding
Copy information from files and operate automatic copying machines
Deliver and pick up files or material to be filed
Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent combination of training and experience
Organized, methodical, and accurate
Able to perform work according to clearly defined methods and procedures
Able to work independently or under supervisor instruction
