About this Role

Systems Analyst 2 (ServiceNow Developer) role in the IT Systems & Knowledge team, responsible for sustaining and deploying business applications with focus on ServiceNow configuration and development, reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Systems & Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain existing business applications and deploy new applications
  • Develop and configure applications with focus on ServiceNow
  • Translate business requirements into system-based solutions including configuration, unit testing, and module walkthroughs
  • Coordinate user reviews of configured applications
  • Prepare and maintain reports and records related to work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business information technology, or related discipline
  • Sound related experience in systems analysis, application configuration, and enterprise systems support
  • ServiceNow Developer experience and experience implementing IT Service Management modules
  • Experience managing ServiceNow system configurations, gathering and documenting requirements, and developing workflow customizations
  • Ability to utilize Agile and Scrum methodology and establish effective working relationships

Position Details

Regular full-time position
70 hours bi-weekly; Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (or by mutual agreement Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
Subject to Note 'T' of Schedule 'B' of the CUPE 23 Inside Division Collective Agreement
